Hard Lines, one of Cardiff’s best independent coffee shops, is on the move thanks to their successful Kickstarter campaign. 25 Castle Street will be the new home of their top-notch coffee and vinyl, a larger space that will encompass a cafe, roastery, and kitchen right in the heart of the city, taking their already-killer environment to a new level.

Hard Lines was born just over two years ago when an idea conceived on holiday quickly turned into a reality with a pop up aeropress bar in The Castle Emporium.

Their popularity led to opening a second shop in the historic Cardiff Market, allowing them to bring their specialty coffee and eclectic collection of B-sides, indie gems and top-drawer records to a wider audience.

With a little support from the public, the £14,230 raised will go towards purchasing and finalising the roaster and install and keeping the Hard Lines dream alive; good coffee, good atmosphere, to and give Cardiff something memorable.
