A fight broke out between two canteen staff, leaving one stabbed by a seven-inch kitchen knife.
Armed metropolitan police were called to the record labels HQ when a fight broke out between two canteen workers in which one man was stabbed.
Sony employees reportedly hid under tables, as they heard screaming coming from the canteen on the upstairs floor of the office on Derry Street in Kensington.
A man was arrested, and two people were injured, with one of the casualties being taken to the hospital, and the other to a major trauma centre. His condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
Footage from the scene shows a casualty being wheeled away in a stretcher, while in another video shows a man being led away in handcuffs.
Employees said two members of the kitchen staff were 'running around chasing each other' and 'slashing each other up'.
A Sony Music spokesman said: 'Two members of the catering team were involved in a violent altercation. The incident is now in the hands of the Metropolitan Police.'
The incident is not being treated as terror-related, and the police have said that there is no evidence of firearms being involved, the man believed to be behind the attack has been arrested and removed from the scene.
