Straight from the curators of Tektu and Resonate, Off The Cuff are promoters with an eye and an ear for the best house and techno making its way through the ranks. With this in mind, they're bringing the rapdily rising Big Miz to Birmingham.

Having covered a lot of ground early on his career, Big Miz is a DJ who stormed his way through the bustling Glasgwegian scene and out across the UK and Europe. With a Boiler Room debut under his belt, we can't wait to see what he can do at Lab 11.

"After a huge 2018 which included being on Radio 1 DJ Monkis ‘One to watch’ list, the releasing of his latest EP Build/Destroy as well as a very busy schedule playing all over the world and a memorable set at Lost Village festival it was clear the Glasweigan DJ/Producer was a party starter and an ideal candidate for the third instalment of OFF THE CUFF."

We asked Off The Cuff to talk us through of their favourite tracks as they count down to what is set to be a massive night of house and techno:

Big Miz – straight thru cru - The first song on the EP ‘Build/Destroy’, which is a perfect mix of songs for the club and then the afters, is one our favourites from Big Miz with its funky synth and punchy vocals – deffo one to get the party going.

Youandewan – Bad Orb – Another club belter with lots of 90s garage/dubby influence to get the feet moving.

Zap – Tracid – House/Techno and Acid infused into one and a perfect tune to keep the punters going as the night comes to a close! Whats not to like?

St Germain (K&f Edit) – Thank u mum – This edit of St Germains (one of our all-time favourites) Thank u mum is an absolute must on the dancefloor with its memorable vocals and unique harmonica sample mixed with energetic hi-has that always get the feet twitching.

Chaos in the CBD – Midnight in Peckham – Slightly slower pace but none the less this is one of our favourite tunes with its Jazz influenced goodness.
