Jump-up legend DJ Guv provides us with Native Mix #57 ahead of his DJ Guv and Friends event in Liverpool!

DJ Guv's touring Drum & Bass night is heading to Liverpool! The Dubz Audio founder will be joined by a host of label-mates and special guests of Guv & Friend's rave, hosted at Constellations on Saturday February 3rd.

Expect a set packed full of exclusive, unreleased dubs plus classic bangers, all brought to you by Liverpool promotions company, Worried About Henry in conjunction with local collectives Ghost and Spektrum, and Manchester based record label, M62

In anticipation of the event, Native have secured an exclusive Guest Mix from DJ Guv!

Over the last decade, DJ Guv has become one of the leading lights on the hugely popular jump-up scene. Since founding the Dubz Audioabel in 2008, the DJ/producer has released a string of scintillating scene anthems and a best-selling debut album, The Warning.

In the summer of 2015, his track (also named Warning), quickly became one of the biggest records circulating the Drum and Bass scene after gaining recognition from numerous Liquid and Neuro DJs, as well as Jump-up selectors. DJ Hazard labelled it as 'tune of the year', and it has even gone on to be called 'the ultimate sing-long Drum and Bass tune'!

He’ll be joined behind the decks two of Guv’s most prolific Dubz Audio labelmates, Hedex and Dilate, as well as Liverpool's favourite bassline expert DJ Lucent, and MCs Trigga of Shadow Demon Coaltion and Stampz!
