Despite their growth, Y Not Festival has kept an ethos for amazing music, fantastic food and pure, carefree fun at its heart for over a decade. The biggest names in indie, rock, folk and pop, all whilst soaking in the stunning panoramic view of the English countryside. What better way to spend a sunny July afternoon then here? This year sees Elbow, Two Door Cinema Club and Foals headline the mainstage.
Located in the the glorious English countryside, surrounded by the views of the Peak District, lies PikeHall in Derbyshire, where Y Not Festival returns for 2019.
Getting there by public transport; get a train to Buxton or Matlock and a shuttle bus to the venue or get a Big Green Coach from dozens of locations including London Victoria. You can of course drive but there is £30 park pass payable on the day or £20 in advance.
We're looking out for 2018 Mercury Award winners, Wolf Alice at Y Not this year. The alt-rock outfit absolutely killed it at the awards with their performance of 'Don't Delete The Kisses'. Our ones to look out for are the unstoppable, Idles, who are sure to be headlining festivals in the near future. Also, Demob Happy, Lucy Rose, and the sensational, Sunflower Bean, the New York rock group who are blowing up right now.
Upgrade your weekend by arriving early and grabbing yourself the best camping spot before watching White Lies, The Pigeon Detectives & Lucia exclusively play that evening.
Entry is from 2pm on Thursday 25th July.
