Founded in honor of survivors, Exhale to Inhale empowers those who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault through the healing practice of trauma-informed yoga.
Join us for a session of chair yoga that's designed to help each of us to reconnect to and bolster inner strength as we continue to cope with the long-lasting impacts of trauma, compassion fatigue, and/or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
This event is open to everyone and all the movements can be done from a sitting position. All you need is a bed, a chair, a wheelchair, or similar that you can sit in and see the Zoom session from comfortably.
This event is a collaboration between the Against Sexual Violence project at Goldsmiths Students' Union and Exhale to Inhale as part of our 16 Days programming. If you have any questions, please email Lou (she/they) at email@example.com.
We're currently fighting to keep our funding. If you want to see community events like this continue at Goldsmiths SU, please consider supporting us. Find out more here.
