Platinum Pass Terms and Conditions

Who can purchase and use the Platinum Pass:

Students from the University of St Andrews or reciprocal University. Under 18s from University of St Andrews can buy the Platinum Pass but are not allowed to consume alcohol on premises. Drinking under the age of 18 is illegal in Scotland.

Refunds:

Refunds will be given at our discretion and only under exceptional circumstances, if The Pass has been used we cannot offer a refund.

Valid:

From the Monday 12th September 2022 to the last regular Club night in May.

Access and offers:

- Early bird access for special Union events throughout the year

- Free standard Club Night access on Wednesdays and Fridays (against £4/£5 tickets)

- Free entry on other selected club nights throughout the year

- Free building entry on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

- Free use of cloakroom for one item of clothing on a standard free club night, subject to availability

- Exclusive deals and rewards throughout the year!

- Free access to Refreshers’ events

How to get the perks:

When purchasing the Platinum Pass tickets will automatically go into your native account which is our ticketing platform.

Our venue has a fire capacity which we cannot exceed in order to keep our customers safe.

We reserve the right to refuse admission.

No refund will be issued if refused entry, banned or asked to leave.

You cannot transfer your ticket to another person
