Native is looking for an outgoing, hard-working, and talented student with a desire to get involved in the music and events industry.

We believe that partying is one of the most fundamental elements of the human condition.

People have been doing it since the dawn of time. For centuries, regardless of the social or political climate, people have always found solace in the simple joys of good company and good music.

We believe such an innate and organic concept needs to be made as accessible as possible. This is our mission.

Our app provides detailed, comprehensive event listings to a number of UK student cities including:

Birmingham
Bournemouth
Brighton
Bristol
Cardiff
Leeds
Manchester
Sheffield

We also sell tickets, organise and run student events, and provide amazing student content.

This is where you come in. The main responsibilities of a native producer are two-fold: content creation and content curation.

The primary role of a native producer is to discover talented and up-and-coming content creators.

From videographers, to bloggers, to influencers - anyone that is doing anything bold, different, engaging, or artistically inspired - we want to know.

By providing the tools, audience, and platform for these creators, native will become a space for the next generation of artists to be discovered.

Producers will be expected to identify as many candidates as possible who could create content under the Native banner.

Once candidates have been shortlisted, producers will be responsible for onboarding creators, acting as the creators’ first point of contact, and, eventually, agreeing and commissioning content projects.

In addition, producers will be expected to create on-brand content for sharing on social media, as well as curating content for our social media pages.

This is a hands-on role - with your regional manager, you will be expected to liaise with clients, creators, venue owners, and artists.

Must:

A love of music and events
A good working knowledge of your city’s nightlife AND student scene
An eye for both detail and aesthetic
Self-motivated
Experience with content creation

Desirable:

Experience working remotely / in a startup
Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
Video Editing Experience
Experience with client liaison / account management

Pay:

This is a part time job with a set remuneration of £150/month for an estimated 15-20 hours of work.

In addition, we offer:

Free tickets to gigs and festivals (lots)
Flexible hours
24 hour help and support from the Native team
Access to real world connections in the music/media industry
Full credit for all your work (duh)
A portfolio of all of your work at your request
