Chip, Pusha T and Jorja Smith are also on the London lineup.
BBC Radio 1's sister station 1xtra has announced their huge lineup for when they take over the O2 Arena in London on September 22.
The event has happened every year for the past decade, and we're as excited as Chance is to see him perform; he's promised fans they'll be witness to "the best show they've ever seen". A big expectation, but we think he can fulfill it.
Also visiting the O2 for the day are East London rapper Yxng Bane, RnB queen Ella Mai and Mr Eazy. Mist will also take to the stage, before 'Blue Lights' singer Jorja Smith and King Push play.
Chip is the last name on the lineup before Chance the Rapper headlines after his debut album was released to huge success, and his latest single 'I Might Need Security' came out just last week.
BBC Radio 1xtra Live has toured the country, visiting Leeds, Coventry and Liverpool in the past with acts such as Stormzy, J. Cole and Mary J. Blige performing.
We suggest you nab tickets as soon as you can once they go on sale at 18:00 on July 30. You'll be able to find a link to the tickets here.
