Recently announced as 'Sheffield's Best Club Night', the Leadmill's supremely popular event returns for an epic end-of-term blowout
It's taken less than twelve months for Club Tropicana to take the city of Sheffield by storm. Hosted at The Leadmill, one of the city's most historic and beloved venues, Club Tropicana transports guests to a beachside party regardless of the climate.
Following a tremendously successful launch last September, the sun-drenched clubnight has sold out almost every one of its seven events so far, with positive reviews pouring in from all corners. Just recently, the event was awarded the official honour of 'Best Club Night in Sheffield', committing to history what most of Sheffield's party crew had known for a long time.
On June 7th, Club Tropicana returns to celebrate the end of the most stressful period in every student's calendar. With exams and assessments out of the way, Sheffield's university attendees are invited to dance the night away to a non-stop selection of timeless bangers, pop favourites and disco anthems.
Club Tropicana is of course famous for its affordable refreshments and at The Leadmill you'll find £1.20 Vodka Mixers, £2 Doubles, £2 Cheeky Vimto, £2.50 JD and £2.70 Red Stripe, provided you can flash one of the venue's signature regulars cards (available for £3 at the bar if you don't have one already).
On top of the drink deals, patrons will find Club Tropicana's customary poolside décor - inflatables, free flower garlands, wave projections, pink flamingos, deck chairs, confetti canons, rubber duck quacktails, pink neon lighting and more. Hawaiian shirts are encouraged for all those attending.
The June 7th event is Club Tropicana's last event until their pre-Tramlines shindig on July 19th - which will be free entry, once again at The Leadmill. Ever the party-starters, Club Tropicana will also be providing the afterparty vibes for the festival on the following night.
Don't miss an opportunity to experience Sheffield's award-winning club night in all of its summer glory - and don't worry if you haven't got a ticket yet, there's enough for everyone.
