ArcTanGent festival have just added 17 new bands to their line-up and we couldn’t be any happier! Post-hardcore legends Glassjaw have been announced as headliners alongside minimalist rock trio Shellac.

Other artists announced that we’re excited about include France’s post-metal powerhouse Alcest, sad boys La Dispute and the bluesy black metallers Zeal & Ardour. Check out the full list of additions:

“This feels like the biggest and best announcement we’ve ever done at ATG. Having Glassjaw and Shellac as main stage headliners will be amazing, but personally I’m also very excited about Pelican’s first visit to Fernhill Farm – it’s certainly long overdue.” says James scarlett, the festival’s organiser. “I’d really urge people to check out our Spotify playlist. We put a huge amount of effort into curating a line up that has strength in depth from the top to the bottom – so go check out Telepathy. Check out Scalping. All three headline slots have now filled, ArcTanGent’s most requested act And So I Watch You From Afar on Thursday, Glassjaw take the reigns Friday and Shellac sing us out on Sunday. On top of that, Giraffes? Giraffes! Deliver their vibrant, colourful brand of math-rock on European soil for the first time ever. With these fantastic additions the lineup is starting to look a little more fleshed out, and the caliber of acts at this year’s ArcTanGent looks as if it could be the best yet.
