Time to get into the Christmas spirit. Let's talk all about Christmas movies.

We've put together a bunch of our fave Christmas movies to get you excited for the festivities. Whether you're here to find inspiration for a festive movie or here to critique our choices we know there's something here you'll love!

Elf

Buddy, a human, raised by elves at the North Pole travels to New York in search for his biological father. A story of trials and tribulations with light hearted comedy, Buddy eventually finds his sense of belonging and offers a sweet and funny movie for the Christmas period. The Santa-centered story will keep you laughing whether you believe Santa's existence or not!

The Grinch

A festive villain alongside Scrooge... who doesn't know of this festive villain? The questionable creature teams up with his dog to ruin the festive spirit by playing spoilsport he ruins Christmas for the village of Whoville. Still haven't seen this one? You're missing out mate.

Home Alone 2: Lost in New York

Everyone knows this classic. If you haven't watched the whole boxset what have you been doing? We love Home Alone with its funny light hearted comedy as Kevin, the young boy separated from his family and left alone for Christmas, outsmarts the Marv and Harry (the burglar villains of the movie series). Definitely a timeless movie that will be returning to many screens this year.

A Christmas Carol

Ebenezer Scrooge. A spiteful and miserly character, ruining the Christmas spirit. Whether you've encountered him through Charles Dickens story or film adaptions we're all familiar with this man. He's visited by three holiday ghosts, from young to old who haunts him for being a negative nancy.

Love Actually

A romantic comedy following the lives of eight couples in dealing with their love lives. Offering an element of relation to the storyline the we discover how complicated relationships can be at a time where love and family are supposed to fill the air.
